Allow me to introduce myself; I’m John McDowell, holding the position of Lead Instructor. Additionally, I proudly hold the rank of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under the tutelage of both Marcio Laselva and Roberto Tozi. My journey in BJJ spans a remarkable 16 years, with a significant 14 of those years devoted to imparting knowledge and skills. Teaching, practicing, and occasionally competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments are all passions of mine. Witnessing the profound impact of Jiu Jitsu on individuals’ lives, both on and off the mat, is a truly rewarding experience. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet you!

Youth and Adults Beginners Instructor: Carlos Londono
At present, Carlos Londono proudly holds the rank of Brown Belt, a distinction earned under the guidance of both Marcio Laselva and John McDowell.
With three children of his own, Carlos possesses a deep understanding of how Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can nurture confidence in young individuals.
